I've done more research into this poster than any other on this site. Your poster was likely one of the unnumbered MCA promotional posters -- the first off the presses and set aside for promotion, corporate display and gifts -- and was likely signed by Kozik at a later date.

A few gems in the description:
"AS I DO MY BEST TO EXPLAIN ANY FLAWS MY ITEM MAY HAVE ." (I felt like sending a message, asking: So are there any waves, creases or dents in the poster? Are the corners sharp? Is it in mint condition?)
And then in the middle of it all: "AUCTION HAS ENDED." (Huh?)
I’d give a couple hundred for it.
They did mention some of the damage in the notes: “This Poster Is Very Rare A Limited Number Were Ever Made. This Is # 412/500 Signed Buy Kozik. Some Water Stain Marks On The Outer Sides Of The Poster And Some Cuts And Tears Along The Top , Bottom, And Left And Right Sides As Seen In My Pictures. Still Very Much A Desired Piece Of Rock History !!!“
Also, “ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE INTO US”.
Funny as well how they refer to themselves “I” and “we” throughout the description.
