So is this a litho or giclee? Or is there even a difference? Just wondering since it looks like these were printed on nice paper stock.

It's a litho, but it was printed on really high quality stock.

Once I am able to get my hands on the Francavilla JP then I will prominently display them together. I think Ken Taylor's take with the T-Rex is awesome too!

The litho is not on par with the screenprint. Screenprint colors are a little better, and the screened image is a bit larger of course. But the litho is still an excellent rendering of the image.
