Design was used for the 1991 Album Cover and several tour poster variants. There are some slight differences with the design from this poster from the tour posters and album, primarily the snake head was changed after this poster was released.
Bill Graham also had a leather bomber jacket with this design on the back.
Co-artist on this poster was his long time prodigy, Keith Impink, who unfortunately didn't get design credit for the Album cover or the tour posters.
