regardless, he'll probably overprise it like the Ween and I'll wind up passing. Still, nice art.

I like this print, I've never really been into Morrissey though, would someone like to explain the meaning behind this one? Preferably in a non-rock-snob way?

Gracias

You have Morissey and Oscar Wilde, both from the British Isles, both "poets" of ambiguous (or not so) sexuality. I don't think Oscar Wilde had a huge cultish Latin American following though.

wilde is referenced in the smith's song "cemetry gates"

I have to say, this, the Public Enemy and the last Deftones I saw (with the angel and the horse) are not really doing it for me.

I liked it better when he was crazy, putting all sorts of wacky fudge out there.

word. but i think the other new Deftones for New Orleans looks tasty, hence my new avatar.

this one..... well.......sorry jermaine. i love almost everything you do, but to be honest i find this Morrisey dull. but every print isn't meant for everyone every time. so its cool, keep creating and trying new things, thats what its all about as an artist, nothing wrong with doing a piece like this one. i passed, but it sold out with a quickness so who cares what i think.

I coughed up for this one. I love the gradient colors in the background. I also gave it a long hard look the other night and decided that it is going to look wicked in person

I did. I'm liking his work more and more, though being selective in what I buy. Got this and the new Ween but passed on the Public Enemy.
