Is this poster real? Some sites have them playing 5/6-7/1969 in Honolulu...not 5/13/1969 like this poster advertises. Does anyone know if this poster is real?

Yes, I am pretty sure the poster is real. The early days of Zeppelin's touring schedule is filled with cancellations and changing dates. This is probably the case here.

This site has them on the 5/6-7/1969

And this site doesn't have anything from those dates.

So...do you think Zeppelin played in Hawaii in 1969? $4.50 seems somewhat steep for 1969 (Fillmore shows were only $3.00 in 1970).

The only people that know definitively are Jones, Page, and Plant. Their early shows are a mystery and up for debate. Most of the "experts" indicate their first show in Hawaii was in 1970. Maybe the show was planned, but then cancelled. There are thousands of printed posters out there for shows that were supposed to occur, but never did, for whatever reason. For example, please see the entire Hendrix 1968 Fall tour.
