From artist to collector, may I ask...in your personal case and opinion, what am I doing wrong?

In my opinion, the art as of late is just too out there for me. I mainly see a bunch of crazy creatures screened on paper with the band names written on there. I was also hoping for a lot more of the "painted" style posters which I believe you "promised" a year or two ago. I know they take longer, but they are pretty cool and unique when compared with other poster artists primarily illustrated work. I definitely welcome the website and the new shirt design system. However, I was disappointed to see that the designs are almost all designs that were used in recent posters, and many of them are quite large. When I buy a t-shirt I usually like the design to be located in the chest area, not the whole front of the shirt.

You can resize the shirt images, move them around, flip, etc. I suggest looking at it again.

I personally won't be buying a shirt till they get something other than AA. Give me a nice loose sweatshop tee anyday.

The biggest 'scene' is the mainstream. Thats what Warhol got to.

that kinda hits it on the head. we are a small scene and there are so many kids with setups in their garage/basement/dormroom trying to crack into it. even with all the bands in need of promotion....gigs gallor, bars...tours...it's the artist direct to buyer transaction that pays the bills, right?
This artform has it's feet stuck in two worlds, promotion and commemorative souvenir. If the bands like (or love) it, but the majority of YOUR fans don't....well, thats the delema. who is paying the bills in the end?

Aah, I guess I didn't play with the shirt system enough. I like the AA shirts, they accentuate my muskells.

I am glad that you stopped doing variants. Something seems gimicky about them to me.
