Alright, I can agree with that thought (although I am VERY much looking forward to having a couple of these in hand shortly).

sunset, glad you grabbed onto that NYE suggestion.

it's impossible to pick one poster. It's like the Pro Bowl, to pick one is nothing but a popularity contest. albeit a fun popularity contest.

my choice for poster of the year would be RJ's 12/30 Raconteurs print, if that was an option. That however was considered in the context of the full body of work Rob put out in 2006. There were multiple record covers, art prints, giant collages, 9 promotional CD covers, Jamungo vinyl, Goodall exhibition, t-shirts...I could go on and on. Rob PWNED 2006.

congrats to the winner.

Did you expect more? While thousands visit this site daily, most would not want to commit the time for such a thing. Just like this forum. Most don't come here to socialize. The site is first and foremost a tool for collectors and people trying to learn or find more.

I was expecting less. Nice to see a strong turnout.

I agree completely. I never made this until now because I didn't think enough would participate.

That would be a poor choice for many reasons a few being...

1. Pimp would have to solicit help from the competition
2. Would open self up to extensive critism
3. Embarassment in the face of the peers if does not win
4. Would have to lack in professional edicate / humility
5. People may think he/she rigged it

It is best to just let things happen. If it wins, it will be because it deserves it.

I say we hint to Ms. Letta to put the word out.

Everyone loves Letta.
