On Tuesday night, November 8, 2005, beginning at 11:59PM CDT (GMT-0500) we will be conducting network maintenance at the data center for 2 hours causing an interruption of service to the customer portal. Although maintenance of this type should be transparent to this server, it is possible that some latency and packet loss may be experienced for very brief periods of time during the maintenance.

On Monday night, November 14, 2005 we will be conducting site-wide network maintenance at the data centers for 4 hours, beginning at 11:59PM CDT (GMT-0500) to upgrade firmware code on network anti-intrusion system.

Although the work is not expected to affect network availability, it is possible that latency and packet loss may be experienced for very brief periods of time during the upgrade.

As a follow-up to last months UPS maintenance at our facility, we will be conducting the second half of the maintenance on November 16th, November 17th, and November 18th 2005 from 0800hrs to 1700hrs CST.

This maintenance is necessary in order to continue providing you with our high availability offerings. The maintenance being performed will require putting one of the pair of UPS in bypass while the other handles the load. We do not anticipate any downtime during this maintenance window; however, this is to serve as notification of maintenance being performed.

This should conclude the last of the maintenance on our UPS for the remainder of the year.

In addition to changing the look and feel, we have upgraded the board from verion 2.0.8 ot 2.0.18 (3 year difference). As expected, the patch was less than seemless. So there are like 60 files we are going to do through 1 at a time over time by hand and check the changes.

If you find a problem, please report it.
