Thanks to those that have posted positive comments about all the progress that is being made.
Big thanks to the whole tech team. Not that long ago the entire site (forum & database) was completely down for days/weeks at a time. In just a few months they have moved us onto a legit server (Google Cloud), fixed tons of stuff that was broken for years (members can finally create Art Comments threads again), and did the first actual upgrade of the forum software in probably a decade.
With some style/format tweaks (I agree with pretty much all the comments I've read on this) and tighter integration with the database side of the site it will start to feel like home again.

Thanks. Glad you like it!hardman314 wrote: ↑Wed Jun 12, 2019 8:47 pmWow! I must say I am super impressed with all the improvements and updates that have been going on with the BOD and want to say THANK YALL!!! Even though I don't post daily the work is being noticed and appreciated.
All the way through this we've been trying to remember that not only is there a smaller more active/vocal part of the community on these forums but also many who lurk but value them too. We've hopefully improved things for everyone and with a bit of luck over time some of you will come out of hiding and take more part in the discussions.
lol^
Im getting used to all the little changes; even the quick links dropdown to get to "new posts" link isn't that bad, although having that just sitting out on it's own would still be preferable.
The font is much better too on the messages - I didn't notice it at first, but I find it much easier to read for some weird reason.
