Prefer to keep it in the frame and sell it to someone in NE Ohio, but willing to sell it on its own. Per pictures, my roof has some water during a bad storm and it looks like a drip ran down the back of the frame. The water damage is only on the paper backing. Professionally framed and in a nice frame. It was done very well. Feel free to ask any questions you have.
