That's exactly what that means. I only ever bought one poster from Posters & Toys, Kill Bill standard. Refunded 48 hours later due to an oversell. Horrible site.

Don't know. This is how my first package looked when I showed up to sign for it:

Mine arrived damaged as well, but DHM was super-quick on getting out replacements. E-mailed them on Sunday, replacements being delivered today. Can't fault them on the response, but the root cause of the problem was the same as others reported: The styrofoam meant to protect the prints was not longe...

I e-mailed Olly about my crushed tube this morning and he responded in 36 minutes.

Arrived at the Post Office to sign for mine and they tried to give me a tube missing one end and clearly crushed. They wouldn't let me pull the print out of the tube, but it looked creased. Package refused.

Man you guys are brutal. :P Pretty sure he's on EB since this is the only place that has a topic on this in regards to damages -- where else would he hear about it?
