I'm so very tempted, but I have so very little monies atm. Is this about average price for a Hork? I'm new to the hobby so I'm not really sure if I'll ever get an opportunity as good as this to own one of his pieces.

I've been waiting for Horkey to drop something since I started collecting, but like some others here, I'm just not really feeling this image... Anyone care to try to narrate what's going on in the picture? I can't seem to figure it out. Craftsmanship is excellent though, as always.
