It was recognized come awards time, but I never really heard people talking about it. Everyone was aboard the 24 train at that time. Not that 24 was a bad show; I just preferred The Shield.mfaith wrote:Amazing series. I don't really think it was underappreciated though. It got quite a lot of recognition.

I'm rewatching The Shield. One of the best and most underappreciated shows in television history in my opinion. I haven't seen this since the last season aired in 2008 and I love it now as much as I did then!
