Re: Chuck Sperry News
I don't know, I'm just saying he cannot make everyone happy unless he just does timed editions or larger editions. It doesn't seem possible to satisfy demand with a timed edition. It would have to be limited, as well. Dude prints every layer with ancillary help transferring and drying, etc. I don't...

Re: My bad trade with Upseeker
Pics or GTFO. Left resolving it in his hands three days ago. All he has to do is refund an amount, partial or full without having to check with me. He's got full insurance, says it was sent without damage and I'm making it really easy to resolve without loss to me or him. Here are the dirt stains. ...

Re: My bad trade with Upseeker
It was PayPal. I received a reply from him here at 4:45. Took detailed damage photos at time of delivery and he has them. So there's progress. I'll keep this updated here, though. Said he mailed it mint. I'd grade it at most a 4/10 since it can't be repaired, doesn't frame out, and the damage is dis...

Re: Chuck Sperry News
Gonna be lotsa antsy sellers (and their buyers). I haven't even sold one yet and I'm antsy. Random company shipping prints always a crap shoot. The guy who is overseeing this for fans.live commented on FB to the naysayers about this. They are planning to use 4 inch tubes, tape flaps, tissue paper, ...

Re: WTF is Crypto Art?
IMO this market is generally short term investment and may hop from product class to product class as all collectible markets do, save for brilliant and popular works in a rinse and repeat cycle. It looks far different from mining and investing in something this understood and curious than BTC in th...

Re: WTF is Crypto Art?
This kind of work is the tip of the iceberg. Imagine all uniquely identified screen media being minted as long as it’s in demand. One gimmick market may be NFT’s that have value attached that isn’t part of the blockchain, but later might be under vendor contract. Might be a gamble of getting a rando...

Re: Chuck Sperry News
Seems like if you don’t get emails and aren’t told why/how, and you choose not to buy against the terms… then assume this continues… you can’t collect at all. That’s entirely not fun, especially fans for many years.

Re: Chuck Sperry News
No transfer for three years (including trading). Obviously it’s not intended by Chuck or Spoke, but if this policy continues, it’s likely to lead to witch hunts, which detract from the fun of collecting for sure. Can’t have it all.

Props to Chuck and the full lineup on an exhibition that will provide the folks at the museum an enriching experience. And to Ken on making things as fair and efficient as possible for the people collecting. Cheers
