It's been around 10-11(depending on province) in Canada for a while...i dont know why USA hasn't uped it

IMPOSSIBLE to buy a 5x5 inch frame in australia. I had to take mine to the framers. Cost me $70 for one.... OUCH. Dude, this frame was $10, full price.
