I made this for brunch today .. a breakfast pizza.. I made it with sausage gravy, sausage, bacon, hash browns, eggs and mild cheddar. I'd agree that vintage amps are the stuff. I have a Denon PMA900 that I bought new in 1986 or 87, 125 wpc and it's still amazing!

i just DO NOT get sours (unless theyre the Brendan Monroe variety) The taste is repellent to me. The price can be pretty repellent too. So more for all the rest of you good kids who like them.

that's the Barleywine flavor. So while yes, that is what people are apeshit over, theyre more apeshit over the rare, coffee and (I think) coconut flavors.

I've had Julius and it's the real deal! Never had Pliny so I couldnt compare. The Treehouse guys def seem to have their beers all sorted out. Unfortunately, the same isnt as true about their zoning & neighbors. Looking forward to new brewery venue maybe making their beer a little more "accessible". ...

my go to Bourbon would be Knob Creek. The Balvenie Doublewood is good stuff though. all that said, I should warn you all to never ever make the same mistake I did.
