I do not know what is taking them so long; there should have been a response already.

My understanding this is that this print is technically based on the original novel, which does not include that character. If this was the initial run, that shows damage, then they most likely will announce a delay on getting them ready to ship..
Someone at the Printers should have spotted this early enough to fix.
