Re: There's really nothing I can do here is there?

But that would be kind of silly because Ebeans is YOUR community Alright I've said my bit, now buy my fudge. I ship on time. We're not done. I'm an artist and a collector. The divisive statement about our community and your community is such arrogant crap. You should kiss the ground of every E-Bean...

Re: There's really nothing I can do here is there?

so, are you defending the defense of the indefensible? c'mon, bro. i don't know you and you don't know me, but do you seriously think it cool that the GP artist "community" is trying to blow off these peoples' completely valid complaints? i just kinda find it hard to believe. it's not like some noo...

Re: There's really nothing I can do here is there?

This is a bit condescending. There's nothing to "get" about those types of jokes. You'll either like them or you won't. Has less to do with being either an artist or a collector. To clarify, I don't mean 'get' the jokes... I mean 'get' the context in which they are made, and the personalities invol...

Re: There's really nothing I can do here is there?

the longer that thread on GP gets, the more artists and defenders try to bomb it with "i like pie", the more pathetic it gets. there are some pretty big artists posting in that thread, and defending this fudge. i'll be taking all of it into consideration before making future purchases... Now now. G...

Re: New Crosshair Woody Guthrie print now available from Rounder

Rounder has now fixed the glitch, it can be bought online now.
Also, a little birdie told me they will very shortly be offering a special package deal of the print, the My Dusty Road box set, and a tshirt, for $99.

Re: New Crosshair Woody Guthrie print now available from Rounder

Do you have any idea if they know how to ship a poster? I'm not too picky, but I'd hate to see it arrive stuffed into a cardboard straw and all roll-bended up. I know they ordered Yazoo Mills tubes and Kraft paper at my insistence. I also told them how to roll with the grain. And I described to the...

Re: ever seen a 110 color screenprint?

Seeing (and actually handling...) a Richard Estes screen print, was what inspired me to use screenprinting to produce realistic images. It was this one: http://www.artnet.com/galleries/Artwork_Detail.asp?G=&gid=423779421&which=&aid=5895&wid=423955876&source=inventory&rta=http://www.artnet.com It too...

Re: Benefit folio w/Jay Ryan/McCarthy/Grzeca, many more

It's actually pronounced "Nussgeist"... the thing that looks like a B is the old German double-S glyph. Now falling out of usage, but I like it. Nussgeist = Nut Ghost. Der Ursprung = the origin. It's the cover to an imaginary German graphic novel, explaining the origins of Nussgeist, a spectral enti...

From before I went digital...
Want to use this for an art print, but the original image is so grainy I don't know if it will work. Stay tuned.
