He will try to set up trades with no intention of ever shipping on his end (likely doesn't even own what he is offering to trade)....

I'd like to see it returned. I was only around for a little while before it was removed, so I didn't get to experience it fully. It keeps people in check. Pay your taxes people, we live in a digital age. Just wait until the IRS gets some real tech people involved. You tax cheats that think you're off the hook because you didn't get a 1099k are all drymounted.

Lied about the condition of the prints he sold me, tried to downplay the extensive damage with comments like "shouldn't matter if it's going in a frame", was discussing a partial refund and he just decides to send what "he thought was fair" without further...
