Here's a few others: http://i.imgur.co...

Re: Kukuweaq 3 14 Stout

Came home to find this on my doorstep, which was a nice surprise! I got an AP version, which doesn't seem to be GID (ah well). The patch is super cute and I can't wait to get this on my wall.

Re: Floating a Print

I know this is not a right thread, but since lots of DIY framers follow it, I was wondering if you could direct me to some good DIY canvas stretching tutorials. I just received a great unstretched piece from an artist, and since I don't have access to quality framers, I'd like to try and stretch it...

Re: Framing Help/Advice Thread

spend the $15 or whatever they charge now and order their mat samples. This. You'll use them forever. If you don't want to spend the cash 'cause you're just doing one frame-up, AF will send you up to 10 samples for free. Or call up Crescent and tell them you are new to framing and they will send yo...

Re: Framing Help/Advice Thread

No, but I assumed it was new enough. It rarely gets used and is only a few years old (meaning it isn't from like 20 years ago and rusted). I break a section off every now and then. I will make sure to have a fresh blade and try it again tonight on the next framing project. The little trimmer thinga...

Cheapest place to buy UV/non-glare...anyone? 22x28 through 24x36 in size Glass or plexi? I've been buying all my museum glass from Hobby Lobby these days, you can use their 40% off coupons on it. I've taken a stealth photo of the price sheet if anyone wants to see it. No guarantees it's still accur...

Re: Framing Help/Advice Thread

This is a little off topic for this forum, but as its where I've learned the entirety of my framing knowledge so far I'm not sure where else to ask: does anyone have some resources for framing textiles? I have a furoshiki (silk scarf-like textile, about 2' x 2') I want to put in a frame, but am uns...
