How often are you going to see the back of your print once it's framed though?

Re: Goonies 15 Stout

I have the MC variant and my regular showed up yesterday. I have to admit, the regular is much better looking than I thought it would be. The inks look great in person. Not sure I can call a winner between the two anymore. The regular is one of those rare occurrences where the print looks > the JPEG.

Re: Foundation 15 Geddes

Anyone know if there is a specific symbolism at work here? Life after death? I'm not typically a fan of skulls in my artwork, but this piece intrigues me. Not sure I've seen a skull in any of Jeremy's work before. I was wondering the same thing. Looks like he's dropping the skull and reaching for t...

Re: Bottleneck Gallery News/Rumors!

Thanks Joe and the rest of the Bottleneck Team, these Sketch Booth commissions are a breath of fresh air and a lot of fun to be a part of. I'm hoping the artists are having just as much fun as us fans are with these!

Why are there two Giclee editions? Shouldn't there be the original and then the 150 run Giclee?

Fantastic triptych Tim and GMA

Love how well these work together, the varying orientation of the female portrait is great. Tim, was there any "meaning" behind the metallic highlight color you used for each piece?

Then why is it already listed for sale/trade?
Because if you are going to pay the rent flipping an ugly print you've first got to build the hype...

Re: Hero Complex Gallery News & Rumors thread

Received my EE and had a chance to look over all three prints. All of them are of a very high quality (as promised). The subjects leave a bit to be desired on two of the three (for my tastes), but that isn't a shocker to me as this was a blind buy in. It's not realistic to have expected all three pr...

Re: Creature Caravan 15 Spusta

I think it is. Great shots, btw! :pint: Thanks! Such a ridiculously cool print. Can't believe the details in the smallest elements, that frog at the front... Too damn cool. The texture of the paper is nice, it shimers like a golden opal and adds a sense of depth. I've never had one of Marq's prints...

Re: The Terminator 15 Ballaran

The entire commission process with John was outstanding. There were quite a few concepts to choose from and this take on the police station shoot out won out. This is an older movie, the gritty security camera look of the print fits perfectly with what the group was trying to accomplish. It's art, n...
