What course is this for? That may be helpful.

I'm not making a hard argument for it though. Just trying to reason my way through. Haven't hit on something that felt perfect yet.

^good point. I didn't really know what to make of the challenged in court bit. Too focused on trying to think of a writer that fit the mold.

His short fiction is phenomenal. I agree. As a funny aside there is also another dude named Joe Hill who writes short fiction and if you're an idiot like me and not paying attention you can accidentally end up buying a "Harry Strong" mystery story that is very different than what you were expecting.
