Re: Netflix Streaming Finds.
The Michael Che standup is drymounting hilarious. Che is fantastic. I caught him live while he was working on the material for the special and I'd recommend going to see him if you get a chance. The special was tighter than the live show but the live show had more spontaneity and crowd work that wa...

Re: Random Posts & Chaos
A Dairy Queen franchise owner in Illinois believed he could call customers the N word. DQ corporate quickly stepped up and showed him that won't be allowed at their stores by closing his location. A nice win for decent human beings who enjoy ice cream. https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-nation...

Re: The Anti-Pet Peeve Thread - Small things that made your
You see, I've been making tons of money off this here Trump stock rally. I think I will dedicate myself to that while the getting is good, and not waste my time jousting with dingleberry alts on EB. I would totally be doing the same thing, but you see, "the way my bank account is set up, the thing ...

Re: Pet Peeves- Vent Here! Let me feel your pain.
I admittedly should tweet more. (Not a fan of that site at all. I still don't really get it.) I have 100 tweets in 3 years and they're just links to my reviews. I feel like every tweet is inconveniencing my followers (same way I feel about most tweets in general). Should probably get a twittering f...

Social media. I'm terrible at it and it matters for online film reviews, etc. Seems impossible to get people (even friends and fam) to click the 'like' button or give you a follow or share. You work hard on something, send it out into the world, and there really is no way to gauge how it is besides...

Re: World of Whiskey
I've always been a big fan of Knappogue Castle. When I first started drinking it they use to bottle it in vintages like wine but it has now become more standardized. Their 12 year is $45 which isn't cheap but not outrageous either.Danno1 wrote: I tried to delve into the Irish Whisky on the cheap side.
