Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

I finally got around to watching Neon Demon. It was much, much better than I expected. I watched this a couple weeks ago. I really enjoyed it. Gave me a real creepy feeling the whole time. Great atmosphere! It worked really well for me too because my girlfriend was traveling by herself for work. I ...

Re: LEGO - The thread.

The movie was alright. I laughed pretty good a handful of times. But I can not take Zach Galacticfanatics seriously as the Joker. Mark Hammill must have been busy with Ep VIII.

I'm with you there Stark. The Robie House was such a great, time intensive build!

Re: LEGO - The thread.

The architecture sets definitely have been scaled down in recent years. I was surprised how tiny the Lincoln Memorial was when I built it a while back.

Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

Being the Christmas season, we watched All Through The House last week. Not terrible, but nothing really original. It reminded me a lot of SNDN. But, it's Christmas horror so I'm always entertained.

Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

Yeah, that's gotta be frustrating. I would have really liked to see Broad Street. I wonder if something similar is what stalled Kevin Smith's hockey movie, Hit Somebody?

Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

I also thought 31 was pretty bad. Rob does have a great eye for film, but his stories lack any substance for me. They're all rampage and murder. I don't give 2 shits about any of his characters. 31 was actually pretty insulting to horror fans. I went to see it when it was in theaters for the one nig...

I picked up the Clown blu at Wal Mart yesterday. Might have to wait until Sunday to give it a watch when the GF is out of town.

My Target had the new minifigs for a day. If anybody has an extra Devil Kid they're looking to sell send me a PM. I'd love to add him to the trick or treaters around my Haunted House.
