Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

Cult of Chucky was weird, wacky fun. You're Next is still amazing and deserves a good print. I enjoy American Mary a little more every time I watch it. And with those three, my original list is completely off the rails. My lady is chronicling 31 in 31 this year, so she's reshaping the list as we go...

Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

I picked up the Saw set at Best Buy last week for a pre-Halloween binge-a-thon. I've only ever watched the first 2. I'm sure they get progressively worse, but I figured as a horror fan, I should give them a watch.

Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

I watched Patchwork on Netflix the other night. Pretty good little horror comedy with an interesting concept. And it's got a really cool animated opening sequence.

Re: LEGO - The thread.

The LEGO Star Wars Death Star fits in a yellow LEGO bag, but something BIGGER is coming... We have to apply wheels to the outer carton so shoppers can carry the next LEGO Star Wars set! https://scontent-ort2-2.xx.fbcdn.net/v/t31.0-8/20819243_10154981925638403_8657455021723077716_o.jpg?oh=0a369e5c53d...

I love the new Lego House! I have the original and will definitely get the new one to display along side it.

Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

I finished up Black Room on Netflix last night. Man, I'm easy to please but this was garbage. Horny incubus haunts Natasha Henstridge and her husband. Sounds like it would be good, right? Nope.

Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

Last weekend I had the house to myself for 2 days. I worked on my masks and watched a pile of movies. Some new, some old. Some great, some not so much. One of them was The House on Willow Street and it had a trailer for Beyond the Gates. Which I found on Netflix. It's about two brothers that find a ...

Re: The Official Horror Movie Thread

I've been ripping through 80's horror (on VHS of course) while working on my masks lately. Howling II - enjoyable Christopher Lee movie. But not as good as the original of course. Howling III - I really enjoyed this one. Little different take on the werewolf myth. XTRO - Creepy alien pod type movie....

Re: LEGO - The thread.

Has anybody got the new Snowspeeder yet? Curious if it's as fun of a build as the Slave I.

Re: LEGO - The thread.

The Snowspeeder is really great looking! Definitely going to pick one up.

And if you don't already have the Slave I, I highly recommend that one. It was a really fun build and it looks fantastic!

leary411 wrote:New to legos...are the mini figures you see on eBay that ship from Hong Kong fake and bad quality ? Or are they just fake ? Do they hold up for the kids to play?
They are knockoffs. But, chances are the kids will never notice or care.

Re: Mondo Poster News & Rumors

My first Mondo poster attempt in probably a year. Epic failure. Nice job to those of you who have this fudge figured out.

I kept going back and trying to checkout with a reg. And eventually got a weird Oops, too many attempts error screen. Anybody else gotten that before?
