I mean...look at that small amount that I sold and I still had to pay income tax on that amount. I'm sure they are counting on not getting caugh...

Basically it means if you want to sell, you should be maintaining an inventory and keeping track of purchases/sales/costs/receipts, ect. Also (at least in my state) if y...

Re: The Ebay Advice Column

ebay taking a cut from shipping has always bugged me. I live in a state where shipping charges, (if charged at cost), is not taxable-providing it's listed separately on the invoice. Because of this - it bugs the fudge out of me that ebay takes a cut. Money hungry bastards. Although shipping is non-...

Re: The Ebay Advice Column

i just recently noticed the final value fee assessed is only on the purchase price of an item that offers free US shipping... no fee is assessed on the INTL shipping portion if it was an INTL buyer. wonder if that is an oversight or intentional. not a huge deal, but just an anomaly. Not an anomaly;...

Re: The Ebay Advice Column

Thinking about opening a basic store and just wondering what people’s experiences are regarding it I usually list ~125-150 Fixed Price Items per month and average ~$2000 in sales a month Seems like savings from opening a store should cover the store fees, but I’m wondering if it messes with visibil...

9:50pm and 10:50pm here....impossible with 2 kids unless I want to hear shite from the wifey Those are optimal movie times for me. Kids are asleep and I still get to spend time with the wife before leaving for the film. Only person who suffers is me. Basically the only way I can go see movies is 10...
