Kick-Ass was alright. I think it was a bit over-hyped for me actually. I really enjoyed the first hour, though. The acting, as a whole, was pretty poor -- not necessarily a top priority for most viewers I suppose.
Going to see The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo this weekend, more to follow.

I didn't see a TV show thread so I will go ahead and post it here: Justified on F/X. I'm really digging this new show. Timothy Olyphant is pretty badass in it... Not as good as a Deadwood, but definitely something to look forward to on Tuesday nights.

Crispin Glover was in Alice in Wonderland, surprised the fudge outta me. Sat in the theater for the first hour trying to remember that dude's name. Shutter Island was excellent. Without being a spoiler, those who are smarter than me might know what's going on in this film right away, but the twist ...

Re: help a brother out. recommend a movie.
I watched "Triangle" today - this is an exremely poor film imo. How they got the funding to produce it is beyond me. Terrible terrible plot imo. Spoiler alert... Can't think of any redeming feature at all, except that so many of the characters die I suppose. I was the one that recommended that, so....

I think something Major Leage/Cleveland Indians related would be pretty cool. Willy Mays Hayes or Rick Vaughn?

Just watched a pretty cool thriller called Triangle. For those of you that have seen Timecrimes, it's pretty similar. Definitely recommend them both!

Re: OMG & G1988
i called gallery88 about my shipping fee ($24 for one poster to Washington State) and the girl i talked with was really nice and agreed to refund $10. she said they had a ton of orders/emails/calls and was not surprised about my shipping mistake. anyway, i had brought up my excessive shipping cost a...

Re: OMG & G1988
I sent an email yesterday afternoon about 2:00 PST and no response yet anyone else in the same boat? I believe someone else mentioned that after receiving no email back for a number of hours, he/she called and asked what was up and was told that they (Gallery1988) were no longer taking email orders...

MJBuck: So when is my print coming? EB User: Sorry MJBuck, I was on my way to the post office when I was sideswiped by a drunk driver and crashed into a pole, which ejected my pregnant wife from the car, killing her and my future son on impact -- as a result, I won't be able to ship out your poster ...
