Logon makes a good one for a cheap price. I've used many over the years. Make sure you get the 40 inch size to take full size mat board. They do make a 60 inch for over sized art but that's such a pain to deal with.

Do you mean the poster is matted and not laying flat behind the mat? When adhering a larger piece of art as a poster there is usually two ways to do it, one is to use one wide piece of tape (acid free or use wheat starch and mulberry sheets) and afix to the middle top of the print.
