I buy full sheets of UV plexi from a local supplier for around $120. That's a 4' * 8' sheet. They will cut it up and sell you smaller pieces if you like. The product is called Acrylite OP-3, its the same stuff that American Frame sells. The manufacturers website will tell you the resellers in your ...

I also buy whole sheets of OP-3 for $126 a sheet now. You would get 10 pieces of 18 x 24 out of a sheet and it is easy to cut yourself. How do you cut your own glass? $10 glass cutter.....score the glass and then break....... very easy to do..... tools here.... http://www.framingsupplies.com/Fletcher/FletcherGlassTools.htm Hmmm, I was really picturing something like a table-top circular saw with a special blade...guess I was wrong....
