Re: Jack White Seattle 12 Jones
I've been a dormant collector for a while but this poster might have singlehandedly got me back in. Can't wait to get home for a better look at it tonight. Its big, crisp, mettallic. Love the sharp blue and silver...not to mention the Peacock. "The Peacocks" are Jack White's all female band that tou...

Re: Wilco Durham 10 Get A Clue Design
First Wright Brothers NC flight photo + maybe a kid putting on a golf outfit? Very North Carolina. Love the metallic paper and coloring, I haven't seen anything from Matt Pfahlert and Get A Clue (Hickory, NC) before but its nice to see we have some local NC artists/print studios....while I'm accusto...

Re: STOLEN GUY BURWELL POSTERS
so what's the strategy here folks? lay low and let the criminal expose themself? I feel like a manhunt will scare them off. Maybe we should all take note then get rid of these threads and posts?

Re: My Morning Jacket Portland 05 Burwell
I got mine directly from Guy a few years back, #19. Just looked at it today and I agree on the negative space, more striking image than some of his other MMJ posters with 9000 things going on...pm me if interested in it

Finally saw them live last night, a can't miss. There were more joints being passed than a prosthetic factory. I've enjoyed their last 2 albums but this just opened it all up again....Disco rock world psychedelic electronic house party

Re: Raconteurs NYC 06 Jones
We should mention that this is the first ever Raconteurs conecert print. That was their 1st official full length show as a band. I thought their first show was this one: http://www.expressobeans.com/remote/11058:43769.jpg Perhaps it wasn't an official full show? They toured Europe before US as Raco...

I had that Playboy issue that contained this from my Dad's 70s-early 80s collection. Or maybe it was OUI, Penthouse. Think Playboy mid-late 70s. Regardless, that picture is hardwired into my brain. The stomach and hips are nice too.

Re: Weezer Broomfield 08 Slater
for some reason playing broomfield strikes me as sad. and this poster is not cutting it either. Agreed on the Broomfield bit.....you've got all these great venues and music fans in Denver/Boulder and you have to play to the suburbanites? Sad. Or your tour manager has never been to Colorado. Oasis/R...

Re: A Colorado framer needs new clients and projects
My framer, who i have used for 4 years, has branched out on his own and is need of new projects and new clients. He has everything ready to do archival/preservation framing right out of his house. He is the only one i trust and wanted to throw a shout out to everyone, especially those living in col...

I can see Russia from here? I dont get it. A while back when Palin was talking about her foreign affairs experience (or lack thereof), she said something to the effect of "you can see Russia from Alaska" as a demonstration of said experience. So the poster should say "I can Russia from here". Or is...
