Yeah the anti-reflective glass seems to be the issue. Didn't have the option to see before hand what it would look like. Thanks for the advise.

Thanks for the responses! Unless you requested/the framer suggested using spacers, I don't understand why the print wouldn't be flush against the glass? No didn't request spacers, yeah neither do I. It sounds like non-reflective glass rather than UV glass. How do you mean mounted? does it have a win...
