Re: Site Update - Capital Fundraising

Seriously, for all the connections and trades we do through the site, $10 is a very reasonable ask. I'll gladly contribute. Cheers moderators, and thanks for keeping the Bean going. :pint:

Re: EB Entry Corrections Part 3

This Edmiston Remarque was not sold for this price. It is being listed on FB by owner for $400 at the moment. Guessing Ebay buyer cancelled, but the 1/15 General is still for sale.

Re: Odd City Entertainment

I picked mine up this last weekend (they offered to the Austin locals,) and I'm not disappointed; the colors on the variant are vibrant. Uploaded some pics for consideration.

Re: Alien 15 Stout

This is probably the worst Stout movie print ever. Also, it looks like the Stout version of the We Buy Your Kids Alien print I joked similarly. Take the top half of Ansin's Alien and include the mouth from WBYK and you have a new stout! *now edited to include 200% more alien entryways () https://40...

I would also like to thank popcultprints for taking those HD close ups! Just incase people didn't know what vaginas I was talking about. Thanks Dagger! But the real credit goes to Mr. Ridley Scott, who decided to make a sci-fi horror around male rape fears (I mean, come on, facehugger deepthroat y'...

Re: Framed Stuff Part 10

Got this in and framed it up this week. I floated the first layer over the second and gave a really cool effect. I used 1/4" spacers between top print and museum glass, then custom cut foam core for risers, back drop, and foam core backing. Took me LONG time to trace the die cut print onto foam cor...

Re: Framed Stuff Part 10

Was finally able to afford framing for the cast signed edition. Wanted the wood to replicate a real life winchester rifle but prob shoulda gone with something that looks closer to the print version. Am happy with the triple matting though.

Re: Prints safe with an aquarium?

At first, I thought the concern over aquariums in the room came from the lighting used and its affect on the prints. Never considered humidity. Either way, I've had a couple of 45s and a 55g in the living room with framed prints on the wall for a few years now and haven't seen any damage on them yet.

Re: Shipping in a PVC tube?

I use the 4" caps similar to yazoo tubes. Local place sells spares so I keep them around for these occasions. Usually ship PVC when the print is over 500 or if requested by the buyer - helps with some overseas shipping too as USPS first class doesn't offer insurance so best way to secure it and prev...

Re: Mondo Poster News & Rumors

Any Ghostco Her? Yes They sold out EOD Saturday. Went back to see if I could get it for a bud but JB said it was gone. Got the Slater Yoda instead. Still some alright stuff but most of the LD's and Moss were gone. Did snag one of my all time top ISO with the Beckett Bran Stark my first time through...

Re: What is your latest proud print acquisition?

I actually got this last week (thanks to an incredible EBer!!!), but didn't notice this thread until now. A big-time holy grail for me. I never imagined I'd be fortunate enough to own one so soon in my collecting. Extremely grateful and humbled. :notworthy: http://photos-a.ak.instagram.com/hphotos-...
