i have the logan manual one and im pretty sure i wish i would have gotten the auto one. I think at the time i was a little leary because i think there are only a couple points you can use with that one. But, after trying some different styles, the flex points and rigid points are about the only ones...

I have that same iron.

I tipped it over a couple months ago, water spilled out of it and it dripped down the front of my McCarthy Roaming print sitting on the floor.

That was a bummer.

I think it kind of depends on how DIY you want to get. If you are just going to purchase from American Frame you will get about the same quality as a pro framer, if you choose the same quality of products as you would from a shop, i.e. UV resistant glass/plexi, full acid free mats or the ones with j...

Another option would be to look online at the local distributers of Bainbridge and Crescent mats. Lots of art supply stores have a wide selection in their framing departments - I know Pearl's in San Francisco has most of the Select and Berkshire lines available, right out there for you to put your ...
