It's common for shopping carts to pull inventory as soon as the order is completed because of credit card declines or people abandoning their cart sometime during checkout. Sorry but that's how our system works. Obviously we feel bad but there's not much we can do due to the demand. Our cart works ...

I was pm'ed earlier by a EB member.. even if i named his or her username i don't see how anyone would figure who they were I probably know who they are if they are one of my PBC members. The reason I want to know is because I would rather revoke the privileges of just the one person from being able...

A note on the page stating "for sub-holders only" would have avoided the problem. No it wouldn't. Only a few people reads the emails we send and follows those instructions, so why would the ones who don't pay attention to that?
