Getting the Stars Wars Blu Ray set for my birthday and the whole family watching all 6 movies with me!

So I assume I opened a can of worms with this question, I was just curious about the process, not really planning on trying to get something done.

How does a private commision happen? I've seen quite a few postings about a private commision and was curious how it worked. Do you just contact an artist, tell what you want and how many?
