Re: SHOW US YOUR ORIGINAL PAINTINGS, etc...."NICE" ART

Mon Chapeau Est Un Canard (My Hat Is a Duck) by Bill Mayer. A small gouache on paper that is disturbing but powerful nonetheless. I’ve wanted an original by Bill for several years, and decided to scratch that itch.

Re: What is your latest proud print acquisition?

Whoa man! Congratulations!!! Those are choice. Is the second one a print only or keyline with watercolor? The second is a hand colored etching by Helen Frank. She is 93, does her own printing, and is still going strong. The MET just acquired nine of her pieces for their permanent collection. I have...

Re: Calling all Phlegm fans!!!

Just to clarify. When will notices go out to lottery winners? Given that winners only have 15 minutes to respond after being contacted, I’m reluctant to go outside and work on my farm (no cell service when out of WiFi range).

Re: What are you watching.....RIGHT NOW!!!

Rewatching Northern Exposure. IMHO a brilliant series that has aged well.

The Brothers Sun. A new series that has started with a bang. It might get old, the Odd Couple running joke, but I’m through the first three episodes and it still entertains.

Re: USPS is no longer an option to ship posters.

It should be apparent to anyone reading these posts that we don’t have shared experiences. USPS has been terrific for me. It is UPS that I avoid at all costs. And FedEx is wonderful. Expensive, but wonderful.
