Re: Anything OBEY related

Ha, most action this thread has seen in weeks, and it's about anything but the art. lol You guys do know that Shep drymounting LOVES flippers, right? Sure, he claims to be against it and even does a few things to minimally cut down on flipping, but the bottom line is that HIS bottom line improves wi...

Re: Phish 2020

TAB killed the Cap last night! God I love that band. So powerful, that horn section just takes the whole sound to the next level. Going tonight as well, hoping for more GOTF tunes. Only one last night was About to Run and it was the star of the show.

Re: Anything OBEY related

Yeah, at $80 + shipping, people will need to get their lunch money back soon.

+1, love the image and I'll throw an extra $30 in to support NRDC. Hoping for more architecture from Shep this year.

Re: A Wretched Hive - The Star Wars Movie Thread

drymounting absolutely loved it! Shocked how much I enjoyed it, from the opening crawl to the last scene. Sure, I could pick apart a lot of things but overall I thought it was a tremendous end to the whole shebang. How amazing that this story that started in 1976 has now finished here in 2019. I’m f...

As for the poster, this one doesn't scream SPECIAL POSTER for a SPECIAL SHOW to me.
Waddaya want, gold filigree, embossed and silver flaked ink? I think it's a pretty classy and cool art deco feel; great that it doesn't have SIRIUS in huge letters or something like that.

Re: A Wretched Hive - The Star Wars Movie Thread

I am trying to be less hyper critical of these things lately, especially when it is well produced, entertaining to watch, and the last remaining respectable thread of the beloved franchise of my childhood. #metoo Not a huge fan of how the last 3 episodes are totally interchangeable but I'm hoping t...

Any pointers to good basic “learning to read” tools/resources?
Yeah, let your kid see you and your wife reading a lot. That's the best way to get to almost ANY behavior you're trying to get to.
