Re: LEGO - The thread.

My son turns 5 next week, he loves legos. He is atticted to 'lego ninjago' (tv show) and I have ordered a few sets for his bday and Christmas. He also does some of the smaller 'city' sets. Are there any other good sets for a boy his age that can keep him entertained? That´s like asking if there are...

Going to New York next week, is TRU in Manhattan and Target in Brooklyn the best places for checking out lego?

Re: LEGO - The thread.

TRU here has 50% markdown on all outgoing sets, never seen so many sets with that high markdown at the same time.
Got: City of Stix, Morro Dragon, Resistance X-wing Fighter, Jestros Volcanic Lair, Heartlake Grand Hotel, Axl's Tower Carrier AND Vaders Tie vs A-wing.

Just noticed this, damn Chimpun, NICE! Congrats on all the new interlocking plastic brick sets! Thanks Stark! Also, bought some Phillips copper led lights from Xmas discount section at target. 70% off now. Either way pretty cheap. I got the battery operated packs and put them into the Parisian Cafe...

Re: LEGO - The thread.

Anybody got one of the Fallingwater architecture sets that isnt opened and they want to sell? Was trying to find one for a reasonable price for our family gift exchange. My cousins husband is an architect so seemed like a good fit. Would be very hard to find a sane person selling an unopened one un...

Re: LEGO - The thread.

Can much were the power functions? You can get 60051 with all those parts for $105 which would give you extra track too I think an extra $50 or so? Not exactly sure. I've never had any power functions or trains up until this set. Most pieces are probably in your collection already, if buying it all...

Re: LEGO - The thread.

Built the new holiday train last night and added the motorized modifications etc. LOVE IT. Wish they made a better way to hide the cords on the battery etc, but ehh, it'll do. And have it around the tree (with extra track of course, since they really don't give you enough in that set) My fav part o...
