Get an All-in-one or Multi-functional printer. I get the printer/scanner because I scan docs to email. I only use HP inkjet because I print on fabric sheets a lot and the colors are a dye in lieu of ink. That's great. I get my 1st dose next Friday. Our bldg mngmt has arranged to do them, here, in our bldg. I was sure I wouldn't be eligible to get one until my group came up sometime in the summer.

I never understood why someone is willing to pay to build a McMansion and cheap-out on the windows. Another benefit of dual pane windows is 'sound control' when living in the city. Huge difference. (My home was brick - not cheap ass stucco... maybe that helped, too.)

Yes, they are... well, enough "if" you have a way to heat it. I live in the AZ desert and most homes are insulated in a way that focuses on keeping homes cool. Pretty sure, TX is the same. I guess I'm an ignorant Northeasterner. Are Texas/Southern homes not built for even the chance of freezing temp...

I haven't had tv for quite awhile; hence, my posting (bitch) about yt changes. I rely on it for stuff to watch. I use a subscription list which helps narrow down the garbage. YT is like tiktok now. I friggin' gave up on fixing my homepage. One video popped-up... " how to fix your stinko". What the...?

Youtube sucks now. All I get are garbage videos on my homepage. Videos that are only seconds long, have nothing to do with what I watch or search and are years old. wtf?
