Re: EB Death Pool

They should let prison rats gnaw on his carcass before throwing him in the trash. Dude was just a thief, not much different from those who steal your wallet...just on a much larger scale. I'd save the prison rats for people like Patrick Crusius who shot up a Walmart killing 23 because he didn't lik...

Not really surprised that a guy with the last name of Karp found a shrimp tail in his cereal.

Re: The Anti-Pet Peeve Thread - Small things that made your day

I suppose this belongs in the pet peeve thread....one neighbor signed their 17 year old HS kid for the vaccine in the group before mine under the theory that the 5 hours she works at Smoothie King qualified her as an essential front line food worker. Meanwhile, another neighbor has a 15 year old who...

Re: The Anti-Pet Peeve Thread - Small things that made your day

Didn't realize ya'll were so old unless yer essential workers. Luls. NC is in group 4 which includes kinda old / kinda fat people. Edit: you have to be kinda old AND kinda fat And you get a vaccine, http://coachmikeblogs.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/04/fat-men-390x285.jpg and you get a vaccine https...

Re: The Anti-Pet Peeve Thread - Small things that made your day

Got my first vaccine dose today so I am 4 weeks away from being less likely to die from the Covid. Oh, and if any of you get the Covid, ask your doctor for Fluvoxamine. It will lift your spirits and keep you from dying. https://www.cbsnews.com/video/fluvoxamine-antidepressant-drug-covid-treatment-60...

Re: Coins and Metals Discussion

Along with the St Gaudens double eagle, the quarter and half eagle Indian gold are my favorite images. Way better than the stuffy old broad image gold pieces from earlier in the 1800s

Re: Coins and Metals Discussion

Nice. Can it tell you the purity? It has pre-sets for certain coins, metals, and purity, so you toggle through to the correct one and check to see if the coin/bar is within the appropriate range. Once I started purchasing some highly counterfeited coins, such as $2.5 Indians, I thought it was worth...

Re: The Ebay Advice Column

That I understand. The most recent cancelation I had the seller found a small tear. I asked for photos and said I would likely go through with the transaction anyway without asking for a reduction in price. She cancelled anyway. I left her negative feedback.

Re: The Ebay Advice Column

Irritating, yes but best to just cancel and move on IMO. I've had it happen a couple times with differing excuses. I just relisted and sold to someone who wasn't a donkey.

More irritating is buying something and having the seller cancel.

Re: Pet Peeves- Vent Here! Let me feel your pain.

Being the worst of the internet, trolls deserve the worst of the internet. Think of X as Trump, post twitter. Both are idiots and trolls. Neither has their favored forum anymore through which they can spew their lies and venom. This leaves them as little more than evil eunuchs. Sending a nastygram w...
