Should have closed this thread when I suggested... lol
Happy ending: I offered $30 or to send it back for full refund. He said $30 was too much and wanted only $15. Best buyer ever, not like most of you drymounters.

Re: how did this damage occur?
I always blame the person opening the tube and handling the print since of course I could not have made a mistake so egregious. But fudge happens. 75% chance they damaged it, 25% it was my fault and I didn't notice. What do you think the break down is for you? I ship hundreds of prints a year for m...

Re: how did this damage occur?
thought I was clear above but I guess not. The damage does not repeat - that's the first thing I asked about. And since I rolled from the bottom, the creases being on the lower part of the poster meant it was on the inside of the roll. So without any damage further up the poster, it seems unlikely (...

how did this damage occur?
Hi all- Shipped this poster last week, and went over it with a fine toothed comb (figuratively) and actually pointed out some very minor issues prior to shipping. But when the print arrived, the major creases shown in the pictures below were pointed out by the recipient. https://i.postimg.cc/hzztt8B...

Re: What on the current EB site needs fixing?
Are sales not getting recorded now? I marked a couple posters as sold (at price shown) but they're not showing up in the sale list (several weeks later now). Sales function is working properly, can you give a specific example and/or try adding again? Maybe it's user error... but I entered private s...

Re: LOST poster series
I feel like JJ has the clout now to fix this, it would be epic Fix what? There never was a story, they made up the fudge as they went along. JJ is a con man, there is never a "story". Look at drymounting star wars, he never has any story, they just made up a bunch of questions without answers and e...

JC is also pretty responsive on FB messenger if you have anything that needs sorting out. Has worked for me a couple of times This, not true. I've tried reaching him via email, via Twitter, via messenger (right after this was posted, it's still not been seen) and every way has went unanswered. All ...

Re: JC Richard - Art of, Discussion, Releases and Appreciati
I had a print arrived damaged and it did take a while to get it resolved but we eventually got it worked out. I'd recommend to just be patient, but persistent. I can totally understand how busy life can get. Sure, as I said still willing to give the benefit of doubt here, but we're talking 12 month...

Am I missing something, or shouldn't there be a presale link on the nature guild website about 30 minutes ago?
