Re: [EB Member ART] Post your creations. Be a God.

Before starting the Creep Machine I wanted to be an artist, but the site kind of took over. A few years ago I learned I could still make art, and get my creativity out but it would be with shirts. So the past few years I have been making shirt designs, mainly for fun, and simply to see others laugh ...

It looks like the leg shooting out to right is a mans leg, the one being swallowed. You can see the hand on her shoulder is most likely his as well.

Re: How to Ship a Print

Excellent thread. Really wish I would have seen this months ago.

I would also like to see some methods for shipping prints flat.

Re: Vernus 11 Wittfooth Release Discussion 12/28/11

Very Happy to hear all of the prints made it there. I think I am going to stick with those tubes from here on out. There was two prints that were ?/20, which was weird. The other print is still here as I can't get in touch with the owner. Once I brought up the idea of tearing the original and sendin...

Re: Vernus 11 Wittfooth Release Discussion 12/28/11

The prints should be to their owners, or very close. As stated to each owner, the tubes I ordered were very thin and the last thing I wanted was for these prints to be damaged again. So I worked up some heavy duty tubes, never realized buying single tubes was that hard. Again, sorry to everyone for ...

Re: White: A Decade 12 Hussar Release Discussion 01/07/12

I agree with Mattlew69 and Sistinas. The gold trim, white cover, bookplate, vellum pages, its all perfect. Some of the people at the museum I work at were crowding around when I unwrapped it from the gold tissue paper, nice touch. It was all ooh's and aah's. The insides however could have been a bit...

Re: White: A Decade 12 Hussar Release Discussion 01/07/12

Just got my book in the mail today. The bookplate is nice, I would rather have had it signed in person but not like I can fly to LA on a whim.

It's a very beautiful book. Not 100% what I was expecting however.

I would be interested to know what others who got this book thought of it?

Re: [EB Member ART] Post your creations. Be a God.

In between work at the museum, and the few sites I manage, I have begun to start painting again. However since I can't paint in the apartment, I moved over to digital. The first piece below was in the "I Want My MTV Music Video" show that took place in LA a while back.

Re: The Calming 12 Nagel

That's completely true, but no publisher should go around printing something if they have a bad source. They should maintain a quality standard, even if that means telling someone no. If they're not doing that, well, that's a bummer. (Note: remember, we're talking in generalities here, not about th...

Re: Martin Wittfooth - Amazing art prints avaiblable

Not frameoutable isn't as important as not huge, and I think it's more important that the embossing is integrated and not "offensive" more than anything else. I agree. Esao Andrews prints are pretty good in this regard. A devil's head would not be appropriate. Agreed, I think if I do a stamp it wil...

Re: Martin Wittfooth - Amazing art prints avaiblable

Embossing is cool and I prefer it on the print and the COA. The virtu one is a little large imo. For example the old Keyes "Limited Addiction Gallery" embossing is only about 1"x1.25" and his current is even smaller. Do you have an image I can see of the Keyes one? To get an idea for good sizes. I ...
