I think he's referring to the problem of not being able to comment/post regarding prints that have been added in the past few years. Take "Hugs" by Esao, for example. http://expressobeans.com/public/detail.php/251267 The comment section is where a lot of conversation about specific prints occurred....

Please fix the bug that prevents adding a first comment on a thread. The biggest thing I've missed badly in the past year or so is reading and participating in the thread posts.
