I'm thinking Hyannis harbor, but it could be anywhere down by Falmouth too.

i'd have to see it in person, but i assume that looks like a frame and not a mat...just like he did on that other print recently.

agreed. If this is another printed with a "frame", it won't look as awkward as dark days would properly framed.

my guess is colored paper. 4 colors: white, red, dark grey & blueish grey a bit lighter than the base paper.

     You should visit Hull in the UK... officially the UK's shittest city...

Still mulling the image over.. not sure about the border on the print.. Its a very peaceful alluring image with a great moon.
The Navigation buoys all have red lights.. surely there should be some green (starboard)channel markers!!

I think it will be way better in the ink... shame the stars don't GID

my guess is colored paper. 4 colors: white, red, two shades of mauve a bit lighter than the base paper.

I was trying to figure it out which were the inks myself. I could tell the city, sky, water, stars, and red lights look to be 5 colors, so either the stars/moon are the white from the paper or one of the shades of grey are the paper color. Much prefer to see it be a grey paper.

And no need for GID on this one. If he did, people would bitch that the moon and the stars are too weak.

half the towns in Massachussets are named after towns in the UK, the rest are either named after early migrants or Native American names.
