Where/when were these sold? anyone know?

i bought it directly from joe petro III, the person he does the actual printing, back in 2004. He also does the printing for ralph steadman. There are none left from this edition, it was only a run of 11. I did notice that he has put up other series of the same image that are monochrome and larger editions. they are available at www.vonnegut.com
