It was posted on omgposters.com back during Flatstock. I assumed they were sold at flatstock?

well, it looks to me like a rearrangement of the letters in the PUBLIC MARKET sign at Pike Place Market (which is red neon), grouped as:

RAIM (although it looks like Rain, which would be appropriate)
PB
LUCK
ET

i don't know if there is any significance to the groupings though.

Where are you gathering that from Taper? I don't think it is GID, the post above was referring to the actual place that Daniel incorporated into the print as having a red neon sign, not the print itself
