It's fairly simple.

Go to your feeback page. (Click the My Page option under the Main box in the upper left of your screen)

Once there type the members name in the box marked "Request Feedback" and a subject ie. Phish trade, etc. Check the agreement box and hit the request feedback button.

This generates an email to the appropriate member. If they choose to respond it'll appear back on your feedback page.
