I would go with a white mat w/ a simple white or black frame

Noel, maybe you could go with a variation of what BT did on his Black and White print. i think it looks amazing and fits your print as well.

Image

white shadow box frame floated on a white backing board with matting strips placed around each part of the interior of the frame to match the colors of the print.

I have been thinking about how I am going to frame the same eelus print. The way I see it, there are two options.

1. Mat out the white boarder, even if it is a white, It would look good.
2. Float over a white board, and select any colored frame.

I think the BT framed print shown above is effective because the color is over the entire print. With the white boarder, I do not think that type of cloat would not be as effective. I am leaning towards matting out the white boarder.

Been wanting this forever and finally pulled the trigger with the aid of the nice discount (see Anything Goes thread). Anyone else care to share a pic of it framed so I can see a few more ideas? Thanks in advance!

Just a friendly heads up that there is only 1 of these left on the http://www.eelus.com site per E.

Grab it while you can. Very cool print IMO.
