Haha, it totally was my wife's idea, but I actually like them. My wife chose a "woodland" theme for the room and they fit in with that. Here is what the other side of the room looks like:

Fair point. I do have several McCarthy prints. I was aiming more for kid-friendly though. McCarthy's stuff is mostly more dramatic or even melancholy. I should have probably put this one up though:

Quick story, about 15 years ago, a guy I knew through hardcore started a printing company, now known as Anchorfish. Back then it was Hellfish and the first thing he did was a run of 20 of this print. I never got one, kicked myself for a loooong time over it. Got into contact with him about a year and a half ago and asked him about it to see if he had any left. He said he was sure he had one left but had no idea where and to keep reminding him about it and when he came across it it was mine. Fast forward a year later and numerous emails, he found one! He shipped it off to me with only the cost of shipping and now it's up on the wall! Really stoked, red bevel with matching red frame in a reclaimed garage sale frame for a $1. For you HC kids out there, there's a Holy Terror reference in there too. Simpsons and punk rock makes me happy.
