they have been trying to get #13 off the ground for YEARS. They even had new one cast and in preproduction and due to the terrible box office of RINGS Paramount shut it down cause they are idiots. Now with the rights battle between Sean C and Victor Miller it may be forever gone or at least a few years before anything can happen with the franchise.jkw3000 wrote:To the experts: is there canonically a 13th entry for it? Agreed. For me the original 3 were the best.Woo5lscott wrote:1, 2 or 3Buckhammer wrote:"Arguably the best entry in the iconic slasher series..." - Mondo's newsletter.
FAKE NEWS. While a good solid entry it doesnt touch Part 6 or even Part 2.

6 is great but mostly a self aware/meta-spoof on the series. And while 2 is good he doesn’t even have the hockey mask. Not what I would call Jason at his best.Buckhammer wrote:kschumac09 wrote:Disagree. 3 is also good but suffers from gimmicky 3D. Friday 4 amps it up and tops 3 in almost every way.
So it goes...

Just wondering, will there be an online drop for the 'Marvel:The First 10 Years' show Mondo did? Some of the prints look great!

I dunno if they'll do international shipping though...but you can probably find help for it.Buckhammer wrote:yesjvwoodford wrote:Just wondering, will there be an online drop for the 'Marvel:The First 10 Years' show Mondo did? Some of the prints look great!

Curious why that new Halloween Edmiston print is 2 copies per person? Why offer that? Whether it's online or in person isn't always 1 per person?

should prob ask the duke who ended up with 12 what his thoughts are?
should also make your way over to facebook if you want all the piping hot tea on jasongate.cotis wrote:Zer0T0lerance00 wrote:Curious why that new Halloween Edmiston print is 2 copies per person? Why offer that? Whether it's online or in person isn't always 1 per person?

Kind of wish I was back on Facebook to read all that. I bumped on the 2 per person thing too, but not because of the limit necessarily. It was the 2 per person *per day*. Oh well, these things happen I guess. There'll be plenty of other prints I'll enjoy.
If you would have told me a month ago that the Marvel Show/H40 weekend was going to have a meltdown, I would have never expected it would have been because of H40. And as far as Facebook goes, I still cannot understand why it is a viable form of communication, it's hard to keep up with threads and it is just a drymounting mess.
I think the Laurie poster is fun, but I can't seem to understand why people are spontaneously combusting over it. For starters, it seems like there will be another version available, I'm assuming sometime this week. Secondly, I like the print but owning it without the Shape one would drive me insane. They may be calling it a successor but it seems like way more of a companion to me.
This has certainly been Edmiston's year though, excited to see what he does next.
